The YME program at Kornah’s Character Development Academy (KCDA) empowers young men to rise above challenges and emerge as strong, responsible leaders. Built on the foundation of the Thinking for a Change (T4C) service.

YME equips participants with the tools to strengthen self-awareness, make better decisions, and embrace accountability as they step into manhood with confidence.

What is YME?

YME is a targeted initiative that combines mentorship, skill-building, and the evidence-based T4C curriculum to help young men:

Recognize negative thought patterns and replace them with positive ones.
